About Me

My real name is Melinda [aka 80's Horror Queen] and I have been a fan of horror movies ever since I started watching them in the mid 80's. I was about 10 and I remember being scared silly by many of the movies found here on my site. I was so young when I watched many of these movies that I had no idea of their titles. As I got older I wanted to find the horror movies from my childhood, but I only remembered bits and pieces of the movie. Last year I decided to search the internet for the movies just by putting in the bits I remembered. Believe me it has been a hard job searching and finding the real names of these movies. Two that I wanted to find and took the longest to find were The Devil's Gift and The House by the Cemetery. I hope that you will be able to browse through my site and find a movie you remember from the 80's and that it is a much easier experience.
