Touch of Death (1988)
Lester Parsons has a lot of problems. First of all, he's addicted to gambling, but is absolutely terrible at it, leaving him with massive debts to his bookies. Second of all, he has an unnatural taste for human flesh. But luckily for Lester, he has discovered a way to solve both problems at once, by romancing wealthy widows, then slaughtering them for their money and meat. A problem arises, however, when a mysterious blackmailer aims to thwart him by slowly leaking incriminating information to the police.
